Your personal data is processed by Prova Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Prova") as the data controller, within the scope described below.

• Through the contact form: your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the solution area you are interested in and any information you share in your message.
• For transaction security: when you submit the form, your IP address may be processed by the form delivery service provider to prevent abuse. Server access logs may also be kept as part of the hosting service.
• Only if you consent, through analytics cookies: cookie ID, pages visited, visit duration, device and browser information, and approximate location (country/city level).

Please do not share special categories of personal data, such as health information, in your message.

• Receiving and evaluating your meeting and information requests, and responding to you;
• Carrying out quotation and business processes related to your request;
• Ensuring the security of the site and the contact form, and preventing abuse;
• With your consent, measuring site usage statistically and improving the site;
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

Your personal data is collected directly from you through the contact form and electronically by automated means while you use the site. It is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Form data: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), and Prova's legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f);
• Transaction security data: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç);
• Analytics cookie data: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:

• Service providers that provide the site's hosting, form delivery and email services;
• If you consent, Google LLC, which provides the analytics service (Google Analytics);
• Competent public authorities and institutions, upon request.

The servers of these service providers may be located abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and, for analytics cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Google Analytics data is deleted at the end of the retention period defined in the Google Analytics account (no more than 14 months).

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to Prova to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed;
• Request information if it has been processed;
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred;
• Request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
• Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK;
• Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
• Claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

You may withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may send your requests in writing, together with information that identifies you, to our addresses above or from the email address registered in our systems to destek@prova.com.tr. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
